We're not going to fool God. While we might put up a facade for others, God knows our hearts. So, if we spend our wealth, time, and interest in other things and give God the crumbs, we need to know that we are not going to reap a bounteous spiritual harvest.
Let us read Galatians 6:7.
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Let us pray.
O LORD God Almighty, who sees all things and knows all hearts, please give us wisdom to see the important things we need to invest ourselves in, and help us see those things we must avoid because of their entanglements.
In Jesus' name we pray.
