Words of Encouragement

Being kind and compassionate are two qualities that seem to be in short supply today. Maybe it's because we hold up the wrong heroes. Unfortunately these two qualities are often seen as signs of weakness rather than strength. To forgive as God forgives us requires great courage and great strength. So let us be strong and loving as our Lord Jesus Christ.
Let us read Ephesians 4:32.
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Let us pray.
Our gracious Lord and heavenly Father, there is no way we can adequately thank you for sacrificing so much to forgive us. So this day, help us o be more Christ like. Help us to show more of your kindness and grace with those who have wronged me. Today, we ask you to help us release our bitterness toward others and you to bless these people with your kindness and grace.
By the power of Jesus.
