Now that one has repented (or changed), one must confess that one believes with all one's heart that Jesus is the Son of God.  An example of this can be found in the book of Romans, chapter 10 & verse 9. "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
